Other Pack Specific Information

A Family Run Pack

Anoka Pack 518 is a family run pack, which means all of our leaders are parent volunteers in the pack. We have a Pack Committee made up of parents who meet once a month to make decisions and plans for the pack. All parents are asked to share their talents with the pack in different ways through out the year. Whether you like to take photos, know great "Dad Jokes", like building things, or have a green thumb we would love to put those gifts to good use.

Family and Reverence

In Scouting, being reverent means you are faithful to your beliefs and respectful of others' beliefs. As a non-dominational pack, meaning we aren't chartered by a church or specific religious group, we have scouts complete their required rank specific family and reverence adventure with their family instead of with their den.  Families will notify the den leader when their scout has completed the requirements and the adventure loops/pins will be awarded at the May Pack Meeting.
